Instructions: Cover bottom of a skillet with the oil. Heat; add the white end of green onions, to taste. Be careful not to burn them, like I usually do (about 1 minute). Add rice and cook until brown. Be careful not to burn this, like I always do (about 5 minutes). Add a full can of tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water. Cook covered on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
