Instructions: Mix together well
Add one lb. bag peeled baby carrots, approximately an equal amount of scrubbed, quartered or eighth-ed (depending on size) new potatoes, and approximately 3 12-oz. cans ginger ale. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours. I frequently make this on the weekend and we reheat it on weeknights. Also, I sometimes mix up the two pounds of beef with the 2 soups, and freeze half of the meat mixture to make at a later time. Email this Recipe:
