Instructions: Cut the fillets in pieces.
If frozen fish is used defrost it slightly and cut in oblique slices. Peel and slice the potatoes. Put the fish potatoes parsley spices and flour in layers in a casserole that can be brought to the table. Add the margarine or butter pour in the water or fish bouillon. Bring to a simmer and cook covered over low heat on top of the stove or in a 175 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes or till the potatoes are tender.
