1 lrg garlic clove peeled and minced
1 bn white asparagus stems peeled,
thinly sliced diagonally
1 tbl fish sauce (nuoc mam)
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the asparagus, season with fish sauce and pepper, and stir-fry until tender, about 7 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
