Instructions: Combine flank steak with chopped anise hyssop, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sherry. Marinate at least 2 hours.
Remove meat from marinade, reserving liquid. Heat wok, add oil and stir fry meat for 3 minutes. Add water and marinade and heat to boiling. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Serve over rice. /MISC Email this Recipe:
