Instructions: Heat a dry frying pan, add the pine nuts and toast, gently shaking the pan, until evenly browned. Heat the oil in a pan, add the Brussels sprouts and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the boiling water, cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes until just tender. Stir in the pine nuts, season and serve.
