Instructions: Separate celery into stalks. If stalks are stringy, lightly peel with vegetable peeler. Cut stalks into 2-inch lengths; cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onion, garlic, and ginger; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add celery and salt; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
