8 x to 10 ounces boneless skinless chicken
breast, sliced
crosswise into generous 1/4-inch-wide
strips
1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tbl vegetable oil
20 x slender asparagus spears, trimmed, cut
into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss chicken and coriander together in medium bowl. Season with pepper. (Can be made 3 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)

Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over high heat. Add chicken breast and stir-fry until just cooked through, about 2 minutes.

Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to plate. Add asparagus and chicken broth to skillet and cook until asparagus is just tender and broth is reduced by 2/3, about 4 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Mix in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add green onions and lemon peel; toss to blend.
