Instructions: Toss chicken and coriander together in medium bowl. Season with pepper. (Can be made 3 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over high heat. Add chicken breast and stir-fry until just cooked through, about 2 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to plate. Add asparagus and chicken broth to skillet and cook until asparagus is just tender and broth is reduced by 2/3, about 4 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Mix in lemon juice.
