Instructions: Fold the kale leaves in half lengthwise and cut away the tough stems.
Roll up the leaves like a tight cigar and cut across them into thin strips. Heat the oil and garlic in a large pan. When it is hot add the kale season generously with salt and pepper then Stir fry for 35 minutes until just wilted but still bright green. Taste before serving.
