Instructions: When the gariic is golden brown keep moving It around the pan while you add the mushrooms.
Stir fry for 1 minute then add the cabbage. After 1 minute add the soy sauce and rice wine. Lower the heat a little cover with a lid and cook for 4 or 5 minutes till the mushrooms are tender. Serves 2 Email this Recipe:
