Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Vegetable oil
1 sm Red onion, sliced
1 x Red pepper, sliced
1 x Garlic clove, crushed
1 x Fresh chilli, finely sliced (optional)
1 pkt Quorn pieces, 300g
1 bn Spring onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
2 tbl Prepared Chinese black bean sauce
1 tbl Dry sherry
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornflour
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.

Now add the garlic, chilli and Quorn pieces and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the Quorn pieces have taken a light golden colour.

Add the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.

Add the sauce ingredients, allow it to come to the boil and thicken slightly.

Serve immediately on rice or noodles.
