Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
16 oz frozen sweet green soybeans podded
1 x red bell pepper chopped
1 tbl margarine
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in a skillet or wok. Add sweet soybeans and other ingredients. Stir fry until hot. Serve immediately.

Yield: approximately 4 cups.

Serving size: 2/3 cup.

NOTES : If you use 1 tbsp of margarine, this is just over 30% CFF. I would use more pineapple juice as a saute medium rather than the margarine.
