1 bn Ung Choi in 4 inch lengths
1 tsp Vegetable oil
100 ml Chicken stock
1 tsp Oyster sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add the stock and stir, add the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
