Instructions: Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove rough ends of lower stalks.
Separate into spears. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet (or wok) over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli, stir-fry 1 minute. Combine water and bouillon, stirring well. Add broccoli. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Garnish with lemon slices. Email this Recipe:
