2 lb Large cleaned shrimp

2 tbl Minced garlic
1/8 cup Soy sauce
2 tbl Olive oil
----------------- GLAZE ----------------
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1 tbl Olive oil
2 tbl Minced garlic
1 tbl Minced ginger root
1 cup Apricot preserves
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Combine the 2 T. olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and shrimp.

Allow to marinate for 1 hour. Heat a wok until hot. Heat the 1 T. of olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Saute the minced garlic and ginger. Add the shrimp and toss to coat and cook. Stir in the apricot preserves and hoisin sauce. Continue to toss until shrimp are cooked through. Finish with the sesame seeds, tossing to incorporate.
