1/2 cup Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi
2 x Cloves crushed garlic
4 tbl Vegetable oil
1 x Green onion-cut into 1" pcs
3 cup Chinese peapods-ends removed
1/2 cup Sliced-fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Sliced bamboo shoots
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Fish sauce or to taste
1/8 tsp MSG-OPTIONAL

Instructions: *** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Serve hot over warm cooked rice.
