Instructions: Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until sizzling. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the mange tout, pepper and pak choi or spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the bean sprouts and soy and chilli sauces and toss together well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Drain the noodles and spoon into serving bowls. Arrange the stir fry on top and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
