2 tbl fine semolina
50 gm grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat together the eggs semolina cheese and about 200ml Brodo dipollo.

Heat the remaining broth until almost boiling immediately remove from the heat and beat in the egg mixture.

Continue beating over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes just until the eggs break into ragged flakes.

Serve immediately.
