6 x	Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup	Shredded colby or mild cheddar cheese
2 cup	Milk
1 tsp	Dry mustard
6 slc	of bread, crusts removed and cubed
1 lb	Sausage, fried & scrambled

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9" X 13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Most requested recipe from the 1992 Mother-Daughter Style Show/Luncheon. Perfect for Christmas morning-you assemble it the night before so you dont miss any of the excitement on Christmas morning.
