8 oz Light cream cheese
3 tbl Brown sugar
1 tbl Orange flavored liqueur OR
juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss strawberries with 2 tb liqueur in small bowl. Place cream cheese product, brown sugar, 1 tb liqueur and milk in food processor or blender container; process until well blended. Serve over strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
