Instructions: Leave stems on strawberries and trim them of any brown spots. Wash in wine by placing them in a bowl and pouring wine over them. Toss berries in wine with your fingers and then lift them out of the wine, shaking off excess. Place in pretty glass bowl. Stir brown sugar into sour cream. Pass at table with strawberries. Spoon a little of the sweetened sour cream out onto each plate and dip berries into sauce, holding by stems. Preparation time, 10 minutes
