Instructions: For the sauce: Combine the blueberries, sugar, Cassis and water in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat until berries soften and become "saucy." Remove from heat and chill until ready to serve.
Divide sauce between rimmed dessert plates. Top with halved strawberries. Add dollop of frozen yogurt and serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 generous servings. NOTES : Diabetics or those on calorie-controlled diets may count one serving as: 2 fruit and 1 skim milk. Email this Recipe:
