2 tbl	chopped fresh mint
	Generous sprinkle of champagne

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine fruit, mint and champagne. Sprinkle a few rose petals over the salad.

Note: Use organic strawberries when possible. Others are often heavily sprayed with pesticides.
