2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese (4-oz)
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tbl powdered sugar
1 pt Haagen Dazs(R) Strawberry Low-Fat ice slightly softened
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cream; blend well.

Add ice cream; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

TIP: To soften ice cream, put container in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes or until easy to scoop.
