Instructions: Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth;add egg yolks, sugar, lemon rind and lenon juice, beat until combined.
Combine milk and sherry in a pan, heat without boiling, remove from heat. Dip 1/3 of the biscuits into milk mixture and place over the base of a large serving dish. Spread 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over biscuits, sprinkle with a little nutmeg, top with 1/3 of the strawberries. Repeat layering twice. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
