Instructions: Wash and hull strawberries.
Puree half with sugar. Dice remaining strawberries 1/2 cm. Peel and segment oranges. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in vanilla, Grand Marnier, 1/2 strawberry puree, diced strawberries, orange with juice and grated rind. Spoon about 1-2 tblsp of strawberry cream onto one end of crepe and roll up. Place on a flat baking tray. Dust liberally with icing sugar and place under a hot grill 1 minute to glaze. Transfer to serving dish. Heat strawberry puree, pour over and serve immediately.
