Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together the ingredients for the crust. Pat into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes. Stir once during the baking process as it is to be crumbly. When finished baking, remove 1/3 cup for topping and pat the rest back into the pan as evenly as possible. Set aside. Combine egg whites, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat slowly 2 minutes on low, then 10-12 minutes on high until stiff peaks form. Fold in thawed strawberries. Set aside. Beat the whipping cream. Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture. Place the entire whipped topping on the crust and sprinkle reserved topping over that. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
