Instructions: CUSTARD: Beat yolks, gradually beat in sugar, salt, cornstarch, butter. Pour the milk over. Cook in double boiler stirring until thick and smooth. Cool. PIE: Strain berries; make custard and pour into the pie shells when partially cooled. Make the glaze: Mix sugar, corn starch and juice, and cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Place berries over the custard, then pour the glaze on top.
