Instructions: Puree the strawberries in an electric blender or rub through a sieve then strain.
Stir in the orange and lemon juices and sweeten to taste with icing sugar. Whip the cream until thick but not stiff. Gently fold in the strawberry mixture. Turn into a freezerproof container cover and freeze until firm. Transfer to the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to soften.
