Instructions: Cook the onion and garlic in hot oil in a small saucepan until tender. Stir in the catsup, strawberry preserves or jam, vinegar or beer, jalapeno pepper, steak sauce, and chili powder. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
Brush on pork loin ribs during last 10 minutes of grilling. Boil remaining sauce for 2 minutes to serve with the ribs. This recipe yields about 1 cup (6 servings). Comments: Serve this sweet and spicy sauce on grilled ribs. Yield: 1 cup Email this Recipe:
