Instructions: Cream together butter and cream cheese. Blend in vanilla. Add flour and stir in oats. Chill dough overnight. Roll out dough on lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with 2-inch round cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Make an indentation on each cookie in its center with your thumb. Fill indentation on each cookie with a teaspoon of strawberry preserves. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
