Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x heads romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pt strawberries, sliced
4 x kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
----------------- Dressing: ----------------
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup rice vinegar (or regular white vinegar)
3 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad, toss and serve.

Serves 12-16.
