Ingredients:

2 tbl Gelatin
4 tbl Cold water
3 cup Crushed strawberries
8 x Thin slices angel cake
1 cup Whipped cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Diced marshmallows
Instructions:
Instructions: Soften gelatin in water. Dissolve over boiling water. Cool. Combine berries, sugar, and gelatin. Fold in cream. Add vanilla. Pour into mold lined with slices of angel cake. Cover with marshmallows. Chill until firm.

Unmold. Garnish with whole strawberries. 8 servings.
