Instructions: Mix the sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water together. Bring to a boil and cook until thick and clear. Add the agar agar flakes, stirring until dissolved. Cool. Arrange the whole strawberries to cover the bottom of the baked pie shell. Pour the cornstarch mixture over the strawberries and chill until set.
