Instructions: Mix the 3 tablespoons sugar, pretzels, and butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan, bake 15 minutes in 350 oven. Set aside to cool. Cream softened cream cheese, add powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip; fold in marshmallows. Spread over baked layer. Dissolve jell-o in water, stir in berries and chill until thick but not set. Spread over cream cheese layer and chill.

Serves 16-20 people.
