1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 pkt strawberry-flavored gelatin (4-serving size)
1 pkt frozen rhubarb - (16 oz) thawed, chopped,
and well drained
1 can crushed pineapple - (20 oz) drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.

Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
