Recipe for Strawberry Ring with Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients:

2 pkt	Strawberry gelatin
2 cup	Water, boiling
20 oz	Strawberries, frozen, pkgd.
1 pkt	Pecans, chopped
1/2 cup	Pineapple, crushed
2 lrg	Bananas, ripe, diced
2 tbl	Lemon juice
	Sour cream dressing
	----------------- SOUR CREAM DRESSING ----------------
1 cup	Sour cream, dairy
1 tsp	Sugar
1/4 tsp	Ginger, ground

Instructions:

Instructions: Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and lemon juice. Pour into mold (6 1/2 cup). Chill until firm.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and chill well.
