Instructions: Soften gelatin in cold water, dissolve over hot water. Place berries, sugar, salt, egg white, and lemon juice in large bowl of mixer. Whip until mixture holds a peak. Whip in gelatin mixture. Pile in pastry shell. Garnish with whipped cream and berries. Chill thoroughly.
