1/4 cup	champagne vinaigrette, recipe follows
2 tbl	orange juice
1 tsp	orange zest
3 tbl	macadamia nuts, toasted, chopped
1 tsp	grated fresh ginger
2 tsp	honey
6 cup	mixed baby greens (mesclun)
2 cup	diced mango (peaches may be substituted)

Instructions:

Instructions: Whisk together champagne vinaigrette with orange juice, orange zest, macadamia nuts, ginger and honey. Toss salad mix with diced mango and sliced strawberries. Add dressing and toss to coat.
