Instructions: Clean the fish and remove the backbone.
Rinse and drain. Sprinkle with salt and fold each fish so that it looks whole. Place the fish belly down in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the spices then the sliced leek and finally the cheese. Pour in the cream and dot with margarine or butter. Add the sliced tomatoes either before or after baking. Bake in a 200 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Email this Recipe:
