Ingredients:

1 x 125 gram ful fat cream cheese, (4oz)
3 tbl Creme fraiche
2 tsp Lemon rind
500 gm Fresh apricots, stoned and halved or 250g bag of dried ready to eat apricots (1lb)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche and lemon rind together, spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star or plain nozzle.

Pipe onto the fresh apricot halves, or on the dried apricots. Sprinkle over the pistachio nuts to decorate.

NOTES : A light fruity snack. Ideal for finger food entertaining.
