Ingredients:

2 x 14oz cans artichoke hearts,
Drained
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
4 x Cloves garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
3 tbl Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove the pulp from the center of the artichoke hearts & cut each in half. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, & cheese. Moisten the mixture with olive oil, salad dressing, & lemon juice. Stuff the artichoke hearts with the mixture. Place the hearts in a greased baking dish & sprinkle them with paprika. Bake the dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
