Instructions: In 2 tablespoons oil saute 6 teaspoons finely chopped onion. Turn off flame and add 3 cans minced clams and juice. Add and mix together 3/4 to 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Season to taste with garlic powder and oregano. Stuff into shells and top with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

May be stuffed and frozen until ready to go into the oven.

Makes about 10 shells.
