Instructions: Place the spices yoghurt tomato red anion ginger and oil in a blender together with 1 tsp salt and blend to a fine puree.
Pour over the fish and marinate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Mix the spring onions with the paneer 2 tbsp of the marinade and a pinch of salt. Use this to stuff the fish sealing the opening with a strip of foil. Secure the fish in a fish grill and barbecue for about 15 minutes each side basting occasionally with the remaining marinade.
