Instructions: Combine evaporated milk and meat; divide into 8 patties. Put 1/4 cup stuffing in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining meat patties. Seal.

Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
