Instructions: 1. Slice chicken breast lengthways, not quite all the way through.
2. Spread the pesto and cheese on one side of the breast _ fold breast over and wrap around two slices of Parma ham to secure. 3. Place the chicken breasts in an oven proof dish. 4. Salt & pepper the chicken, place lemon quarters around the chicken _ and finally drizzle some wine over them 5. Place them in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 30-40 mins. 6.
