5 x green peppers
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup vege burger
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper
1 tbl margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 oz garlic powder (1 1/4-tsp)
3/4 tsp basil
3/4 tsp thyme
2 tbl diced red bell pepper
24 oz tomato sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Step 1: Cut bell peppers in half and clean well. Prepare rice according to package directions. Place all remaining ingredients EXCEPT tomato sauce and cheese in large pot.

Step 2: Stir well and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add rice and mix thoroughly. Fill bell pepper halves with rice mixture. Place in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Spoon tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers. Sprinkle cheese over the filled peppers.

Step 3: Bake 350 degrees oven for 30-45 minutes or until set and peppers are tender.
