Instructions: Step 1: Cut bell peppers in half and clean well. Prepare rice according to package directions. Place all remaining ingredients EXCEPT tomato sauce and cheese in large pot.
Step 2: Stir well and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add rice and mix thoroughly. Fill bell pepper halves with rice mixture. Place in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Spoon tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers. Sprinkle cheese over the filled peppers. Step 3: Bake 350 degrees oven for 30-45 minutes or until set and peppers are tender. Email this Recipe:
