2 x	hog maws (cooked)
4 cup	cornbread dressing
2 lb	cut up italian sausage
1/2 x	onion
1 x	salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix cornbread dressing with sliced sausage, onion and salt. Stuff hog maw. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
