2 lb mushrooms
6 tbl real butter
1 x (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese
2 tbl chopped onion
Seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Reserve the caps and set aside.

Cook chopped stems and onion in (3 Tbsp) butter for 5 minutes or till softened good.

Now add rest of butter and the whole mushrooms. Saute 1 to 3 minutes.

Set aside.

Combine in a small bowl cream cheese, & blue cheese with the garlic powder. ( I like to add some fresh ground pepper also) Optional.

Remove whole mushrooms from pan and set on a plate.

Stir cut up stems mixture into cheeses. Fill mushrooms caps.

Place some seasoned bread crumbs in a bowl. Dip filled part of mushrooms in crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and broil till golden on top.
