Instructions: Brown sausage in skillet in butter. Combine with egg yolk, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic. Wipe each mushroom clean with damp cloth; remove stems. Stuff each cap with sausage mixture. Bake in buttered dish at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
